The Flash Boys team step up whit PRs in the mile!!
Niko(9) runs a personal best by 20 seconds(6:24). Boris and Steven finish next to each other with personal best off 5:21, Andrew(5:23) ,Jacob(5:37) ,Micah(5:47) and James (5:57) run strong races. Adrian(2:48) 800m
Mikaela coming back from being sick runs (5:55).In the 800 meters Grace race with courage and ambition setting a new personal best of (2:36) Jaylene(2:48) Sophia(3:07) had the fastest kik of the day Cristina(3:08)and Aish(3:10) run PRs.

New comer Andrew and Grace recorded fast 800/1600 doubles!!
In a crowded mile,our kids handle diversity well. Boris (5:26) runs a personal best by 12 seconds,Steven (5:29) Andrew in his first race on the track run a fast time of (5:31) Jacob(5:42) and Nico (6:44). In the girl's race Grace(5:43)1600m and (2:45) 800m had the best double of the day, Serena (5:56) (2:51) Ash (7:01) Jaylene (2:47) Sophia(3:02) Ally (3:32).
Run for Russ 5k 2012
Flash dominates the 14 and under division girls with a 1,2,3,4 finish!
Camille(19:28) shows why she is one to look for in 2012 at any distance. She finished 3rd overall and first in her division showing great improvement from last years race where she ran in the mid 21ones. Mikaela (19:39) lead a group off 5 Flash members under 20 minutes, Micah(19:42) Grace(19:44) Serena (19:47).
Steven (18:48) and Boris (18:56) got under 19 minutes for the 5k for the first time!
The Chino Hills Flash had a total of over 40 entries to run the 5k. Many parents and even coach Ben and Jonh Carlo got in the mix. Sarah Byers and Amber Butler won their age groups!
Camille leads flash into a 1,2 4 finish at Colony High! 1/14/2012
Camille with only 2 weeks of practice run a fast time of 5:40 leading from the start and finishing in front with Mikaela and Pricilla finishing 2nd and 4th! Boris ran a personal best of 5:38. Sophia finished strong in the 800 with a time of 3:00 flat. Elizabeth ran a PR in the 400 and Jeremy competed in his first race as a Flash member! |
