Camille whit only 2 weeks off practice run a fast time off 5:40 leading from the start and finishing at front whit Mikaela and Pricilla finishing 2nd and 4th! Boris runs personal best off 5:38 , Sophia finished strong in the 800 whit a time off 3:00 flat , Elizabeth runs a PR in the 400 and Germy compete in his first race as a flash member!

In a day where our club lacks experience our kids show a lot of hearth!!

Friday june 10 Mikaela run the 3k for the second time on the track, she run like a champion

making moves and race at a high level destroying her previews best by more than 30 seconds.

Saturday June 11th was Serinas Turn to shine she run her smartes race of the seasson by running even pace and finishing like a bullet!! she finished( 9th) in the (1500m) and (8th) in the 800m. Zen also had a personal best whit a time off (2:43). Great Job kids!

Steven finish strong to take 5th in the boys 800m, Serena fought hard in to a strong start to take 5th in her race. Mikal came back and took also 5h (200m)

In the 800 m Steven pass 3 kids in the last 200 meters giving him second place and a great time off (2:31) Boris just miss qualifing finishig 5th (2:40) Grace battle a rough start and handle it well pulling away in the second lap and fishing first whit a time off 2:42 Mikaela not known to have a great kik proved why she is one off our toughest runners she pass 2 girls in the last 100 meter and finish 2nd whit a personal best off (2:52), Serena .won her second race off the seasson whit a time off( 2:57) and finish a close 3rd in the 400 meters. Jaylene is also two at a two winning the 400 (1:09) and a close 5th in the 100 meters (13.95) Sophia finished 2nd in the 400m whit a time off (1:27) Mikal finished 3rd in the 100m whit a time off (13.62) !!

Flash Kids show strength at Rising stars inv!!!!! 4/18/2011 Whit our club racing on sat at the city meet coach Ben only wanted to use this race as practice but the kids had different plans they competed and run personal best times!! Jennifer finishes (3rd) in the (200m) whit a time of (35.51) In the 1500m Grace gets a personal best of (5:30.87) Mikaela had a monster kik to run a personal best of (5:40.92). Steven (5:24:5) Boris (5:28.1) Michael (5:54.7). In the (800m) Zen Improves by 11 seconds running personal best off (2:45.5) Esmerada (2;41) (pr) and Jaylene coming from running on sat runs (2:46.7) . Flash dominates City Meet With 12 First Place Finishes!!!!!!! 4/17/2011 All started whit Grace leading from the front to a (2:41) 800 m win 10 seconds over second place are own Mikaela finishes (3rd), Then is was the boys turn where Steve and Boris Finish 1st and 2nd whit times off (236) and (238) . Serena finally had a chance to shine leading her race like a bullet wins her race whit a personal best off (2:53) only loosing to a boy, our own Mikah who also won his race whit a time of (2:48). In the (400m) the Flash had 3 first place finishers Jaylene (1:08), Bryan (1:10) and Sophia (1:28). The (200m) had lots of surprises Mikaela runs hers self in to a (3rd) place finish whit a time of (34.5) Mikal , Sophia, and Bryan win there races. Our club has been know to have great middle distance runners but whit great finishes in the (100m) by Mikal(1st) (13.1) Jaylene (3rd)(13.7) and Steve(1st) we have become a more complete Club. Mikaela and Little Ben lead the Flash at the Spirt Run!!!! 3/27/2011 We are in Track season and our Club focus is in improving the speed of the kids by training them to run there best possible mile,nevertheless the kids can still run a good 5k and they did!!! The spirt run offers a youth only 5k 14 and under,our kids perform at a high level by finishing 5 girls in the top 11 : Mikaela (2nd) Grace (5th) Camille(7th) Kalea(9th) and Serena (11th)!!! In the mile race the Flash had 6 kids all off them finishing in the top 10!!! The Best Performance of the day came when the smallest member of the Rippe family and Flash Benjamin Rippe(4) got out in the front never looking back to win by more than 10 seconds!!!! Great Job kids!!!!!! CAMIILLE CAPTURE 1ST PLACE IN THE (800)!!!!! 3/20/2011 CHINO PUMAS TRACK INV Bad weather did not stop our kids from performing and steeping in the line to compete. In our first race of the day the 3000 meters Boris finish 3rd whit a time of (11:49) MIkaela and Grace finish 2nd and 3rd whit times of 11;52 and 11:59. The Chino Hills Flash had 12 members in the (800)!!! Madeline (6yrs old ) run a great time of (3:49), Camille run the best race of the and capture first place whit a time of (2:49) Steven and Ally Put together great races and finish (2nd) , In the (200) Emma running her first race ever run great whit a time of 38.5!!! Esmeralda , Boris and Steven outkik the competition!!! 01/15/10 In a hot humid day the chino hills flash run whit a lot of Pride and Character at colony high!!!!! In the 1600 meter Steven run a 5:55 mile running his last lap in 1:20 , Lenny improves by 5 seconds running 6:31. In open 800 the club had the most participants, MIchael (3:01) , Abigail(3:42), Ariana(3:45) and Madeline run in the Youth division, all off them running personal best!!!!! Boris Run the most courage race of the day by running 2:40 whit even splits off (1:20) (1:20) Esmeralda still learning how to race runs a great time of 2:43 whit splits of (1:27)(1:16) Jaylene,improves my 10 seconds and runs 2:52!!!! Our new comer Jennifer(8) show some signs of a real sprinter by runnig a great time of 35.86 for the 200 meters!!! The longest event in high school is the 2mille run. Mikaela(10) and Kaylia(11) show no mercy and led the race trough the mile at 6:46!!!! Mikaela run whit the high school pack and finish whit a time of 13:30 Kaylia runs 14:22!!! The Flash race boys and girls in the 4X400 Boris(1:09) and jaylene(1:09.5) finish close together, after that it was the Girls team who took over the race whit great splits from Esmerala(1:11) Sammy(1:21) and Camille (1:14). Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!
